Offering best-in-class resolution, sensitivity, and dynamic range, the FluorChem HD2 System is optimized to image chemiluminescent blots at speeds that surpass film.
The FluorChem HD2's applications include Western blots, fluorescent DNA and protein gels, and colony counting. The imaging system uses a 4.2 MP cooled CCD camera, cooled to -25 degrees Celsius absolute and regulated. FluorChem HD2 System with Manual 50 mm, f/0.95 fixed lens includes a 4.19 MP camera with 16-bit A/D, cooled to -25C absolute and regulated, 50 mm, f/0.95 fixed lens, MultiImage II cabinet with orange filter, white light table, adjustable tray kit, 365/302 nm dual-wavelength, dual-intensity UV transilluminator, epi white lights, AlphaView HD2 System software and stand alone AlphaView Analysis software.
Options: 254/365 nm Epi UV lights and other lens configurations are available.
