Its patented IFC technology allows each amplicon to be uniquely barcoded at the amplification step, thus, allowing for massive multiplexing at the sequencing step. In addition, as an open platform, the Access Array can be used for any PCR-based sample preparation using the reagents and primers of your choice.
Fluidigm dynamic arrays radically reduce the cost per data point and time to results while radically raising the bar for parallel throughput.
