"We have been using this UHPLC coupled with a Sciex 4600 QTOF mass spectrometer and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by this LC. It doesn't have any flashy or fancy features, but it makes up for that in its robustness. We have been using it for more than 4 years without ever changing any of the parts or consumables and it is still up and running, despite being used mostly in bioanalytical methods to inject plasma, plant extracts and other types of complex matrices. It is true however, that it has been very carefully maintained and cleaned, and only used by people who know how to correctly use LC. The software is nothing to write home about, but it is simple, user-friendly and able to do what most other similar CDS software from other vendors are able to do. The Romanian support team is also helpful when support is needed. All in all, I am satisfied with the instrument and generally recommend it for applications for which it was designed. "
