The FLAG® western detection kit utilizes the anti-FLAG M2 antibody as the primary antibody and an alkaline phosphatase (AP)-conjugated goat antimouse antibody as the secondary antibody. The signal is detected by a color development solution containing nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) and 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (BCIP).  Available in 200 µg or 1 mg sizes  Recognizes flag epitope  Use to purify and characterize the target protein
