"Never had an issue with Thermo instrumentation. Have always used Agilent for GC application, but Thermo has swayed me to their instruments and software. Software is very user friendly and maintenance of the instrument is simplistic."

"The analyzer is reliable and generates consistence results with great sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis. As long as the recommended daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenances done properly, you will not worry about instrument breakdown and maintenance costs. Even though I like the integrity of the instrument, I wish the software system was easy friendly and has short step by step setup procedures. "
