EZ DNA Methylation-Startup™ Kit

"The kit is easy to use and can do 50 reactions per kit. However, in my opinion the kit takes too long for the bisulfite conversion step (12-14 hrs). Also the final volume (elute) of 10ml is too small for all of the work done in the kit."
