Exo- Pfu DNA Polymerase by Agilent Technologies

Agilent’s range of Pfu DNA Polymerases and Master Mixes includes Pfu DNA Polymerase a proofreading DNA polymerase isolated from pyrococcus furiosus. Suitable for many techniques the high fidelity PCR system and master mix is also available in a cloned version and with a reformulated buffer system for increased economy.

The portfolio also features the recombinant Exo- Pfu DNA Polymerase (a genetically engineered mutant of the cloned Pfu DNA format) and the PfuTurbo DNA Polymerase, with an optional alternative detergent. We also offer the Herculase Enhanced DNA Polymerase which features a novel DNA polymerase composition. This provides superior performance in applications requiring high fidelity amplification of difficult to amplify DNA targets.
