There are options for sterile and non-sterile tubes, but they autoclave just fine if you get the non-sterile tubes. Capable of withstanding high forces in the centrifuge and the weights of the tubes are fairly consistent making balancing simpler."

"Honestly, I don't like eppendorf because I had some really bad customer care from their behalf. But this product is really good quality. Pretty much all their tubes have the same weight (+/- 000,1 - I was bored and weighted a few) and can take a high temp in the waterbath or in the autoclave. So, as far I can say, a buck well spent. Too bad their customer service is one of the worst."
