"The Eppendorf 5424 centrifuge is a quiet and easy to use centrifuge. There is a keypad system to enter all the desired data. Thus far, no major issues have cropped up. It has been able to effectively centrifuge samples for FASP, acetone precipitation, and desalting using a C18 column."
