Instrumental in giving us the best possible results in WES data.
Application Area: NGS library preparation
"We use the Eppendorf 5075t for automated NGS library prep. The ease of programming of the software is fantastic, I've never used a robot that allows the operator to easily write programs from scratch. Eppendorf have been excellent in providing tips on getting the best performance from the instrument, to the point now that using another platform is impossible due to the high quality data that only this robot can produce (eg through more effective ethanol removal during bead cleanup/ accuracy and precision of pipetting). My only request is that Eppendorf could make one of these in a 96 mandrel version!"

Great product, great service.
Application Area:Next Gen Sequencing
"The instrument is very robust with accurate pipetting and reproducibility. It’s an open platform system that can be used with different chemistries and different applications "

"It is a robust and friendly piece of equipment that performs pipetting and automated extraction of multiple DNA samples quickly, providing accurate and consistent results. A very interesting point is the fact that it is a device that allows you to design the protocol that best fits your routine. It is an ideal way to meet the demand for DNA extraction of a large-scale tool."
The epMotion 5075 TMX is the most flexible member of the epMotion family of automated pipetting systems.
It includes an integrated TMX module to shake, heat or cool samples.
The TMX module can be loaded and unloaded with the gripper. Pipetting to the mixer is possible before and after mixing steps. The TMX module is fully software-controlled enabling pipetting on other worktable positions while the mixer is in operation.
TMX mixing is based on Eppendorf’s 2DMix-Control technology. Orbital shaking combined with the perfect balance of speed and mixing radius ensure the best stirring results e.g. in resuspending bacteria pellets or beads. The 2DMix-Control eliminates the need for additional centrifugation steps as the orbital shaking prevents droplets collecting on the side of the tube or plate wells.
