"The system is not user friendly. Programming on 64Mb card is ridiculous. The system can’t be upgraded. The logic of the system is beyond human understanding; you simply can’t do the pipetting patterns the way you want it to be. The only excuse is that it was designed long time ago. "
Manufacturer's Response“With the latest version of the epMotion 5070 Eppendorf has replaced the old control panel with the EasyCon tablet that can be controlled by touch or mouse in 2013. The EasyCon now allows full flexibility for pipetting pattern programming in a much easy way. The epMotion 5070 can be upgraded to a PC controller to get even more advanced features and the Eppendorf epMotion line is known as one of the most flexible and easy to use bench top automation system.”

"All the blood samples collected from breeding bulls and from the field are processed for DNA extraction and further processing like genetic disorder testing and genotyping.
