"Easy to use and create new programs. Customer service experience has been average, our chamber broke down and was out of action for about 2 months. The customer service agents, although polite and friendly, didn't respond quickly at all and required constant email and phone reminders. It's worth noting that the oven was still inside it's warranty period."
