"We've found the Enspire to be a reliable, well-made instrument. The software is relatively intuitive and powerful, however they did not use Windows menus for navigating and their menus could be improved. But the data acquired is always high quality with improved signal to noise when compared to our other instruments."

"The most welcome feature is the versatility of the plate reader: it can measure absorbance at very wide range of wavelength from infrared to UV range, can do Fluorescence Intensity measurements, FRET (alpha technology), Luminescence techniques, and appropriate for label free technologies (like the Octet or EPIC) at fraction of the cost. There are competitors out there with similar features, but we found that the after sales support is superb with PerkinElmer. That made the difference for us. I can report one thing: so far so good!"
