Easy to use fine focus X-ray sources

          The Enhance sealed tube, fine focus X-ray sources come in copper (Cu) and molybdenum (Mo) wavelengths. They are components of Agilents Xcalibur and Gemini X-ray diffraction systems. Our Enhance sources contain no moving parts, require minimal servicing and so maximize the uptime of your diffractometer system. We pre-align these sources in the factory to ensure that they deliver maximum intensity to your crystals.
