eFluor® NC Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer 200 mL

eBioscience

Description

The eFluor® NC Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer is designed for use in immunofluorescent staining protocols which include eFluor® Nanocrystal conjugated antibodies. Use of this buffer results in optimal eFluor® Nanocrystal antibody staining, but is also fully compatible with staining of conventional fluorochrome conjugated antibodies. eFluor® NC Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer is a buffered saline solution containing sodium azide (0.09%) as a preservative. eFluor® NC Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer is supplied as a 5X concentrated stock solution. The 5X stock solution should be diluted with distilled water to a 1X solution. It does not contain a source of protein and therefore, should be supplemented with 3% fetal bovine serum (final concentration) or equivalent protein prior to use. This buffer can be used for cell suspension and antibody dilution steps, as well as all the wash steps required for surface staining and flow cytometric analysis.
