"Agilent Eclipse -XDB C8 Column (3.5um, 3 X 150mm) is good for effectively separate coumarin, sucralose, tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) and etc. from interfering components in complicated Tobacco samples, it also provides good peak shapes for the targeted analytes and easy to integrate the peaks."
