"This column has better retention for relatively polar compounds compared to C18 column and give good peak shapes for most of the compounds studied with tailing factor < 1.5. Good reproducibility in retention time and resolution of peaks. It is highly recommended for routine workflow in tobacco testing labs for TSNAs, Coumarin, Sucralose and etc."
