Escherichia coli is an industrially valuable prokaryotic species. Its genetics, genomics, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome are extensively known. In addition, it is a scalable, flexible platform for pharmaceutical bioproduction, metabolite & novel compound syntheses, & production of biofuel precursors.

To enable further biotechnological advancements, Agilent has developed a curated genome-wide E. coli Gene Expression Microarray. Oligo quality, probe design and protocol flexibility allow us to obtain wide dynamic range, and unmatched sensitivity and reproducibility.
