I couldn't do without it

"I have been using NDA 701 for the last 3 years and I couldn't do without it. The precision and speed in obtaining the results were our main objectives in the determination of nitrogen and protein in our samples. I would say that we hit our targets. NDA 701 is easy to use and very versatile for our different samples type. It works independently without the need of continuous supervision by the operator No corrosive chemicals are used and minimum wastage. The maintenance operations are very simple. The software is user friendly, intuitive and easily adaptable to your needs. Last but not least the technical support from the Velp team for either routine or call-out visit is excellent. "

Manufacturer's Response"VELP Dumas NDA 701-702 Analyzer is a leading-edge and sophisticated instrument for very accurate N/protein determination. As a result, an intense training is required to master the unit. VELP offers several training sessions for both End Users and Distributors with different level of experience in its facilities/HQ in Italy. Alternatively VELP can also offer dedicated technical and analytical/application on-site support or even E-Learning seminars by means of specialized Webinars. A service specialist is already in touch for additional training. Consumables can be procured through VELP Scientifica wide network of distributors. Specialized and more cost-effective supply conditions can be granted in case consumables are procured as part of a preventive maintenance contract, optionally offered to all End Users that wish to keep the instruments in perfect conditions in case of intensive usage."
