"The Binder drying oven model ED115 has worked consistently since purchased. It holds a constant temperature and has met all our laboratory needs. The oven is easy to use with a clear digital display. It has been an excellent addition to the laboratory sample preparation process. Very little maintenance has been needed since the oven was purchased. When service was needed the Binder representative was able to come quickly and handled the issue quickly and with minimum costs."

"We purchased this unit to replace our old general use/drying oven which stopped working. The unit looks very nice and was not difficult to set-up or learn. We did have an initial issue when the oven was delivered as there was a faulty component/loose wire. The time it took to get someone out to fix it was also quite long, but once they did get someone out, it was fixed quickly. We haven't had any more issues. The unit arriving broken and the delay in response dropped the rating, but overall, I think it is a good product that would be useful for other users at a good price. "
