"The pre-programmed methods bring a fast and reliable way to analyze all the samples within a time frame able to support the sales team to give the best technical recommendation to the customers. All the variables and reagents have a reasonable price, and they are delivered a few days after their purchase. The after-sales service is seven days a week online to support me by phone and e-mail to answer all my questions and doubts."

"My lab has benefitted from this spectrophotometer more than any other piece of equipment we have. Very easy to use, very fast, can do lots of samples in short time. You just need to have the specific tubes for the desired analysis which or obtainable from Hach for relatively inexpensive prices and long shelf lives. The spec can read the expiration dates from a chip that is embedded in each box of tubes, or from the bar code on the tube itself, and will tell you if the tube is expired. very reproduceable and accurate results."

"I can't say enough good things about this easy to use spectrophotometer! It has a very small footprint and analyzes readings very fast! Dealing with Hach is also very painless when I need to order new reagents for this spec. I love it! I feel like it is so easy to use that my 3 year old could use it! This machine reads bar codes and knows what test it is running without your input. We still have the Hach 4000 dinosaur in the lab but I very much prefer to use this spec"
