"Very easy to use, almost any plant sample could be extracted using this kit. No phenol: chloroform steps, and quality of DNA mostly comes good."

I have used the kit for more than ten years. It has never failed us.

"It is hard to teach undergraduates to isolate genomic DNA from leaves of fruit tree species and then use the DNA for PCR cloning. I have used the kit in the undergraduate teaching labs for more than ten years. It has never failed us, particularly that most students in the lab have never isolated genomic DNA from any organism before."
