"The pump has never worked as promised and after almost six months we seem to have hit a dead end with Thermo Fisher service. They have refused on several occasions to replace the pump or even give us a loaner while they repair ours. Now they are treating us like we do not know how to operate an HPLC. So disappointed! If I could give the "After Sales Care" a zero, I would."

"Very efficient and versatile instrument. It can be used with minimum space and its components are readily available. It has an easy-to-use and validated software system that has good protection and user control. It covers a wide application range for samples introduced and the results are reproducible. Overall the instrument is a good fit in any laboratory that is looking for efficiency and effectiveness."

"Very precise system with excellent user-friendly software. Great design for viper coupling and thus low extra-column band broadening. Bad design of the pump lay-out."

"This system is very finicky and required constant maintenance and troubleshooting after the first three months of use. The loading pump has occasional problems holding pressure and sometimes has problems building up pressure. The Viper fittings and columns, however, are extremely robust. The zero void volume is wonderful. Troubleshooting personnel’s are helpful but an annual renewal is required at high cost."

"Interface is difficult to navigate--confusing how to overlay data, etc. Difficult to access previous data and compare it in various ways."

"This is a large, relatively complex system but has worked well over the past year. Maintenance isn't the easiest but it hasn't required more than the expected seals and a lamp replacement."
