"We a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Ultimate™ 3000 UHPLC instrument was used for LC-MS/MS analysis. This instrument shows to be powerful and very stable. It is very easy to use. we have use it for more than 2 years and we have not encounter any problem with it."

"When the pump is working, it works as perfectly fine as intended; however, the key word is WHEN. Within the first year of owning our pump it broke down a minimum of three times. I don't know if we received pump from a single bad lot, or if all of their pumps are so fragile, but it's not easy to fix and take the HPLC offline for at least a week or two which is not good in a service lab."

The unmatched flow rate range (50µL/min to 8.0mL/min) offers exceptional flexibility from 1mm internal diameter columns to traditional and larger bore HPLC column formats.
