"Vista 1500 is a very durable analyzer. It can handle more than a million test a year. It is easy to use, however the software needs to be upgraded to be more user friendly. The company is very short on engineers. We always have to wait a long time to get the instrument serviced. They have dialed in service to look at the analyzer, which is helpful. Total money value is fair. It start to break a lot at year four and five."
