A must buy instrument for nucleic acid & protein estimation due to its sensitivity.

"The instrument is very helpful to estimate DNA from processed and degraded samples which have a very low concentration in extraction, as it can measure DNA between 0.5 pg/µL and 4000 ng/µL. It is more sensitive and reproducible than its competitors in the market. It is very user-friendly and can provide results in 2 seconds. It can also quantify proteins so it is a must buy an instrument for any laboratory."

"Its a very handy instrument, with high accuracy. App is user friendly, also you need very minute sample for measurement. The highly sensitive QFX Fluorometer is a powerful solution for fluorometric applications. Quantify nucleic acids and proteins using four fluorescent channels for running all the common quantification assays, or easily create custom assays to take advantage of new fluorophores.

DeNovix fluorometers give scientists the flexibility to choose any fluorescent assay, not just a specific one designated by a manufacturer. Fluorometer apps are pre-configured for common commercially available assays measured in standard 0.5 mL thin-wall PCR tubes.
