DeltaPi is particularly designed for the measurement of surface tension, a tensiometer utilizing Kibron's proprietary sensor technology, with unsurpassed sensitivity. The construction of DeltaPi is open, allowing the user maximum flexibility in designing specific experiments. Our wire probe enables to reduce the subphase volume down to 300 microliters per well, which results in considerable savings in material costs, e.g. when studying the solubility of oligopeptides or proteins of limited availability. Additionally, the Multiwell plates save time as there is no need to wash each well between separate experiments
