"Bio-Rad D10 is a trustworthy analyzer. The user guide is very easy to navigate and troubleshoot when you do run into problems. Customer service is exceptional. Only dislike is that in a city with high occurrence of Hemoglobin F it does require us to send out any Hemoglobin variants. "

Our downtime is very minimal and when we are down, Bill our field service engineer is exceptional and Bio-Rad customer service is as well. They will walk you through troubleshooting techniques and teach you about the biochemistry behind the platform to help you understand why certain things are malfunctioning to help you troubleshoot on your own next time. "This instrument is very reliable. It is easy to run - no predilutions, just load whole blood samples and let it run. Loading a new kit is a little time consuming, but the kit is good for 400 injections. I thought the chromatograph would be hard to read and interpret, but turns out it is easy to read when you have worked with it a little while - you can basically look at it in a glance and determine its criteria for acceptance."
