Designed to preserve white blood cells in samples for up to 7 days prior to immunophenotyping. It has been improved to offer consistent intensity (antigen staining) of preserved samples.
Samples treated with Cyto-Chex® show no changes in percentage recovery or light scatter characteristics throughout a 7-day storage period.
Facilities the batching of samples thus reducing the use of valuable laboratory resources in the processing and daily start up costs associated with flow cytometry
Cyto-Chex® could also be used for transporting samples from point of collection to laboratory where the analysis will be performed
