Cycle Data Recorder

How can you be sure that your autoclave has run at the correct temperature for the correct amount of time? Although the MP24 is extremely accurate in the way it controls the autoclave, proof still may be required for quality control and auditing purposes. Cycle history is also a great help when diagnosing potential problems.
Modern technology means that there are many ways that cycle data can be recorded, so Rodwell can offer a system that best suits your working practices. When ordering your cycle recording system through Rodwell, you can ensure that it will be connected to work in perfect harmony with the autoclave.
Data Printer
Can be supplied to provide a hard copy of chamber and load temperatures as well as cycle parameters of every cycle. In multi-user situations, a number of smart cards can be obtained so each operator number is also identified on the print out.
Electronic Memory Card Data Logging: Memory card port fitted to the autoclave and is supplied complete with memory card (similar to the type supplied with digital cameras. The autoclave automatically downloads all the cycle information such as Operator Number, Cycle Number, Program Number, Cycle Parameters, Data and Time. Then, during the cycle load temperature, chamber temperature and chamber pressure (optional, with pressure transducer) is downloaded onto the memory card. The Memory card can then be inserted into a standard PC (via card reader) and all this information can be saved or printed. The print out of each cycle would be as if it were printed onto our standard data printer. Up to 1 years cycle information can be saved onto each memory card.

Touch Screen Display Data Recorders: The ultimate in recording and traceability. A new generation of secure PC cycle recorders are available that save cycle information onto a memory card (or floppy disk, if required). In addition to this, it is possible to download cycle information directly onto a computer network system for storage, computer filing and printing hard copies. This system can trace up to 12 channels, so one recorder can record and store data for multiple autoclaves.
