Three different assay sizes can be ordered to meet your project needs. Custom TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays support both SNPs and insertion-deletions of up to six bases, and multiple nucleotide polymorphisms.

After target submission, Applied Biosystems will design, manufacture and QC the assay. The probe and primer sequences are provided to you with your assay shipment.
