A fast and reliable process for biomolecule labeling
In many circumstances, assay development and HTS involve specific labeling of the various assay components. Cisbio international’s labeling service is an excellent alternative for the labeling of proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, or other biomolecules either with Cryptate, XL665, biotin or DNP when you do not have the time or the facilities to label them yourself.
Two types of custom labeling are available: the Custom Labeling Test designed for assay development which enables approximately 1,000 tests to be run and the Custom Labeling Batch which provides enough material for HTS.
Like all HTRF® reagents, cryptate custom labelings are supplied on the basis of 20 µL well using a 384-well low volume plate. XL665, biotin and DNP custom labelings are supplied by the milligram (and by OD for oligonucleotide labelings).
