Powerful and stable solid state lasers from the 3i LaserStack™ are coupled through the microlens pinholes of the spinning disk providing strong excitation light and high signal-to-noise images. SlideBook™ software synchronizes electron multiplication CCD cameras with spinning disk speed and laser excitation blanking to provide maximum signal with minimal photobleaching.
