"As a matter of fact I am dealing with the Binder products in terms of maintenance. Being in charge of keeping the units up and running I had to deal with quite a lot of issues at least in the first three, four years. I have to admit that the manufacturer was very proactive and walked the extra mile to help us with all the issues we had (especially the RH% modules). They made a thorough investigation and re-engineered the modules. We got technical support all the way until we sort out all the problems. Ever since then there was no other issue to complain about. The chambers are reliable and very stable."
