That’s because the system notifies operators automatically – via color-coded icons – whenever an alert condition is present. Furthermore, at the invitation of operators, the workstation provides a single point for remote assistance, which helps Beckman Coulter support personnel monitor and diagnose instrument conditions more effectively. This helps ensure your instrument continues to run at peak performance. Offline tests and results may be added to patient records for a complete patient reporting solution. The system administrator controls user access, protecting patient data and preventing unauthorized use of laboratory information.
