"The cobas C311 analyzer is an automated, software-controlled analyzer for clinical chemistry analysis. It is designed for both quantitative and qualitative in vitro determinations using a large variety of tests for analysis. The cobas C311 analyzer performs photometric assays and ion selective electrode measurements and uses serum or plasma. Its sensitivity and specificity are high. However, the cobas C311 is very expensive."
