"The set up of the incubator was very easy. It is also easy to use. The instructions for sterilizing are very clear with pictures shown. Even the water tray has markings showing exactly how much water to fill up. We had issues with alarm going off whenever we opened the door. This happened right after we had the incubator calibrated. We had quick service response and they fixed it. We have not had any issues with contamination (fingers crossed). I would definitely recommend this product. If you are new lab, don't go with any other incubators, you will waste money with them. This product will last you long and is durable. Response from the company is instant."
