Our lab does veterinary toxicology, which means that we may be asked to analyze for anything that could poison an animal in any matrix that could come from an animal (tissue, fluids, etc.) or anything that animal could have been exposed to (feed, water, soil, etc.). We are often in the position of having to rapidly develop a method for a matrix or analyte we haven't worked with and the versatility of the Clean Screen cartridges helps with this. As far as "after sales care" we haven't really received much but I don't feel we need much. The application notes on the website and knowledge of how the cartridges work is enough."
