Application Area: Behavioural Pharmacology Classic Modular Test Chamber with Modified Top
"These self administration chambers are advanced, fully automated equipment for behavioural studies. They are expensive, however, the value for money is relatively good."
The Classic Modular Test Chamber with Modified Top for Mouse is used primarily for drug self-administration studies. The top modification allows for placement of animal in the test chamber with drug delivery leash or other harness system, attached. Both end walls are identical with three sturdy aluminum channels designed to securely hold any modular component. The door and rear panel are constructed of clear polycarbonate. Front loading door of this unit folds down, leaving an extra high lip to contain the animal until removed.
