Purify trityl-on synthetic DNA or RNA samples in 20 minutes using Clarity QSP™ SPE and buffer system . Final elution delivers >90 % typical purities/recoveries for in vivo applications and downstream analysis by LC/MS or CE.

  • Amenable to parallel processing
  • For oligos 10-100mer
  • Formats for 200 nmole – 25 µmole synthesis loads
  • No toxic ion-pairing reagents and ngligible depurination
