"The centrifuge is easy to handle. The instruction is clearly labeled. You can use the centrifuge to spin various types of tubes as well as multi-titer well plates. The model which the lab has come with a 'quick freeze' function for handling perishable samples."

"We have two of these currently in the lab. One is used in the cell culture room where it is routinely used for centrifugation of cultured cells and blood fractionation. The other is for general use in the main lab or when both are required. They have always performed adequately when dealing with cells, whether cultured or from gradient centrifugation. I also use the centrifuge for centrifugation of qPCR plates prior. The refrigeration function makes the centrifuge useful in many applications including cells or other samples. Centrifuges have both always performed well and are very easy to use. The controls are simple and well-explained in the manual. We have not required any after sales care as the machines have never had any major issues. I am unsure how much the machine(s) actually cost, but given that they have always performed well without issues I feel comfortable in justifying my claim that the machines are of great value."
