Sequential Enrichment of Subcellular Compartments
The Cellular Protein Fractionation Kit provides differential protein extraction according to subcellular localization. It can be used for initial sample complexity reduction and for investigation of dynamic changes in protein compartmentalization.

Each kit will fractionate 40 samples (adherent cells: 25 cm2 at ~80% confluency; suspension tissue culture: 3x106 cells)
