Description

CelliGen BLU is a single-use bioreactor for growth of mammalian cells, which provides researchers with a vessel that truly mimics the traditional stirred-tank design. The CelliGen BLU cell culture bioreactor has been designed specifically so you can easily move your process into production; with the added benefits of disposability, including low start-up costs and quick turnaround between runs. It features lightweight, pre-sterilized, single-use vessels in 5.0 and 14.0 liter total volume capacities, which are ready to use, right out of the box. All components in product contact are made of USP Class VI materials and have been tested for leachables and extractables. Advanced control of the cell culture system, and options such as 4-gas mixing and multiple thermal mass flow controllers, provide all the tools needed to produce high cell densities. The compact, non-disposable bioreactor control station also features integrated pumps and color touchscreen interface, with which users of NBS’ autoclavable CelliGen 310 & 510 bioreactor systems may already be familiar.
