Cecil AquaQuest UV/Visible Spectrophotometer by Cecil Instruments Limited

Dedicated to Water Analysis, with a wavelength range of 190-1100nm and pre-programmed tests for over 200 water tests based on the Merck Spectroquant test kits.

Preprogrammed water and effluent methods are built in for automatic selection and operation. The AquaQuest may also be used for other UV/Visible spectrophotometer analyses. Instruments are supplied with special combination cell holders for use with 16mm reaction tubes and 10mm pathlength cells.With an optical bandwidth of just 4nm, stray light of less than 0.01% and wavelength selection to 0.1nm outstanding accuracy is achieved.

The instrument may be connected directly to an external printer or to a PC.  The unique screen display with scrolling to a mamimum width of 550 mm facilitates excellent clarity of plots and reports. Ideally suited for Routine and Quality Control Laboratories. Operational software may be enhanced at any time to add further operational functions including formula programming, wavelength scanning and kinetics. A wide range of accessories for sample handling and temperature control may be added.
