The CatchPoint cAMP Assay Kit is optimized to measure low levels of cyclic-AMP activity (pmol) commonly associated with adenylyl cyclase and phosphodiesterase activity in either in vitro enzyme preparations or partially purified cell extracts.
This high affinity assay enables accurate and robust detection of low-expression targets, resists interference from colored or fluorescent compounds and provides rapid signal development (<10 minutes) so you can quickly setup high throughput screens. Each enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit is available in Explorer (two 96- or 384-well plates) or Bulk (ten 96-well or twenty 384-well plates) configurations.
