Great Workhorse Instrument!

"This device was used nearly daily over a matter of five years. Only had one single issue with it, which was related to a power outage. Otherwise, just standard yearly maintenance as part of a PM Contract was all that was done. We had it pre-calibrated for linearity and it never drifted significantly. Really was impressed with how well this instrument worked. We collected fluorescent spectrum from as low as 350nm up to materials which emitted at 850nm. It was able to reliably measure them all."

The Agilent Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer is sensitive, accurate, and flexible. It can measure fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemiluminescence, and bioluminescence. Accessories include temperature control and solid sample handling, automatic polarizers and a microplate reader for high sample throughput.
The Agilent Cary Eclipse is ideal for fluorescent measurements in life sciences and biotechnology with picoMolar sensitivity and offers fluorescence spectroscopy suitability for photosensitive samples. Fast data collection enables kinetics measurements at 80 data points per second, while fiber optics allow for remote sample measurements.
