There are many notable products in the Randox range of reagents that offer superior performance to that of our competitors. The Randox direct clearance methods for the measurement of HDL and LDL cholesterol unlike most other commercially available methods are not affected by elevated levels of triglyceride or bilirubin. All non HDL or LDL components are completely removed during the clearance step of the reaction resulting in a high degree of accuracy and specificity even with abnormal samples. Furthermore our Lipoprotein (a) method is highly specific and one of the only methods not to be affected by the size heterogeneity of Apo(a).
