"The Fragment Analyzer is far superior to its competitors in terms of ease of use and quality of results. The longer capillaries allow for greater resolution than the LabChip or the BioAnalyzer. The ProSize software is intuitive but could stand a few upgrades in terms of allowing specific group color-coding , very easy to use and comfortable for all"

Very useful instrument with low measurement costs
Application Area:Analysis of digested proteins
"The use of the instrument is very simple, most maintenance works can be done by yourself with ease in a couple of minutes. The UV detector of it is really excellent, it is even better than the older HP 3D CE instruments. The instrument gives reproducible results, and it works quite well. The only drawback can be related to the software, only very rarely but sometimes it lags or freezes, but it is possible that it is only a one-time problem in our case. Anyways, a great instrument if you're looking for a CE instrument in your lab. The maintenance and measurements are very cheap, which is also an advantage."

The Agilent 7100 CE System can be used as a standalone unit, as the separations component of a CE/MS, or as a complementary, orthogonal technology to LC. Extended light path capillaries increase the system’s sensitivity, while the replenishment system enables high-throughput operation.
