Brilliant II QRT-PCR SYBR® Green Low ROX Master Mix by Agilent Technologies

Brilliant II SYBR qPCR and QRT-PCR reagents provide improved sensitivity and detection while ensuring reproducible quantification at low target concentrations. Compared to other commercially available qPCR reagents, Brilliant II SYBR qPCR and QRT-PCR reagents have earlier threshold cycle (Ct) detection at high and low template concentrations. 

Offers greater reaction efficiency and replicate reproducibility across the complete range of template concentrations. More flexibility for use with a range of templates and targets.
