Brilliant II QPCR and QRT-PCR reagents were developed for improved sensitivity of detection, ensuring reproducible quantification even at low target concentrations. For faster experiments with earlier Ct's and greater reproducibility, Agilent recommends Brilliant III Ultra-Fast master mixes.
